Return and refund policy

Product(s) purchased from troscriptions.com are eligible for return within 30 days of order or within the first 10 days of receipt of order (whichever is first). Units must be in original sealed condition to be eligible for a return. If product(s) arrive damaged, please include a picture(s).

To initiate a return requires our authorization. Please contact our customer service team with your order details for your return request.

Product(s) must be in its original delivered condition. If you send a return without authorization, we will not know of the return and no action will be processed automatically. Approved returns will receive a full refund less the cost of shipping. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return.
